As a vital member of our team, you will assist both current and prospective clients in navigating the extensive array of financial products and services provided by Navy Federal Credit Union. Responsibilities

  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues related to client accounts and loans.
  • Guide clients through the process of submitting applications for loans, overdraft protection, and credit cards.
  • Advise both current and potential clients on the diverse products and services offered by Navy Federal.
  • Ensure the proper handling of cash and other negotiable instruments.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service product offerings and improve product engagement.
  • Perform essential banking functions.
  • Support entry-level team members.
  • Comply with federal regulations and guidelines related to financial products and services.
  • May assist with vault operations and balancing procedures.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
