Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

SKF is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Southern California region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve consistent year-over-year growth in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including SKF Authorized Distributors, Channel Partners, and End Users.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on SKF products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong commercial and technical aptitude, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of SKF products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
