About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team at Abile Group, Inc. as a key member of our Enterprise Solutions team. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our Intelligence Community customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop customized SharePoint workflows using SharePoint Designer
  • Create and customize InfoPath forms to meet specific business requirements
  • Build and support all aspects of SharePoint, including sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, content types, policies, lists, libraries, workflows, authentication, security groups, permissions, and customizations
  • Familiarity with 3rd party SharePoint applications and experience with SharePoint templates, customization, branding, and web development (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, CAML, JavaScript)
  • Strong SharePoint troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong user interaction and business analysis skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Understanding of SharePoint business intelligence capabilities and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Understanding of PKI infrastructure and certificates, with experience in implementing and managing secure authentication and authorization solutions
  • Experience with PowerShell SharePoint module and scripting, with the ability to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
  • Experience with SharePoint application architecture and information management, with the ability to design and implement scalable and secure solutions
  • Experience using SharePoint for document management and website publishing, with the ability to create and manage content and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to pass CI poly
  • Degree and Years of Experience: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of related SharePoint development experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications
  • 3-5 years of experience with SharePoint 2010 or 2013
  • Desired Certifications: Microsoft certifications
