Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our HCM sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory, hiring and developing sales representatives, and implementing a territory sales plan that drives revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales quotas and corporate objectives.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire job applicants, and conduct performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring to enhance sales skills and consistency.
  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan that leverages high velocity selling motions and drives revenue growth.
  • Monitor attainment versus forecast and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Identify potential management candidates and bring them to the attention of the Zone Manager.
  • Project a positive image in representing the corporation to clients and the community.
  • Ensure accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commission and expense reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field.
  • 4 years of experience in Sales as a high performer.
  • 1 year of experience in Leadership.
  • 1 year of experience in Inside Sales.
  • 1 year of experience in HCM industry.
Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base pay of $100,000 - $135,000 annually, plus bonus, with an OTE of $160,000 - $195,000 annually. Total compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
