We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at RideNow Powersports. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests through the purchase process, selling powersports vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Assist guests through the purchase process from selection to numbers to financing and delivery.
- Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Develop qualifying buyers and close sales.
- Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross-selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans.
- Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques.
- Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions.
- Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events.
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles).
- Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.
- Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and overtime.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked.
- Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, email, and social media apps.
- Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required.
