Make a Difference in Cardiovascular Intensive Care

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. As a critical care nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in critical care nursing
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting
  • CCRN certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
