Job Summary:
Savers is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to support either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production). This multi-faceted role offers the opportunity to celebrate uniqueness, work in a purpose-driven company, and invest in the career path interests of our people. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational objectives
- Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new team members

- Analyze sales data and implement process improvements
