Learning and Development Manager

At Tailored Brands Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs for individual contributors and leaders across all functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Design course content, learning activities, assignments, and assessments for leaders and individual contributors.
- Analyze, update, and refine existing course content as needed.
- Serve as a facilitator for L&D programs.
- Partner with Store and Supply Chain training teams to scale relevant learning interventions and content.
- Stay current on developments and innovations in training and education in our industry so that Tailored Brand's training remains relevant.
- Plan and schedule training sessions (venues, participant logistics, materials, communications, attendance, participant feedback, reporting, etc.).
- Communicate with senior executives regarding learning sessions and metrics of success.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, training program design and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in adult learning theory and instructional design concepts.
- Experience in innovative approaches to training delivery (eLearning, course facilitation, gamification, mobile, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills with the ability to flex to various audiences across the organization.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Skilled at prioritizing and working under time constraints, handling multiple tasks, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments.
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Effective at building and maintaining strong relationships.
