VEGA Americas, Inc. is a rapidly growing organization seeking a Sales Engineer to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and deliver top-notch products and solutions. As production processes evolve, our clients depend on intuitive and comprehensible measurement technology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities within the defined territory through networking, scheduling meetings, conducting informative sessions, and other sales-generating activities.
  • Create an annual sales forecast for the assigned territory and implement a sales strategy to achieve or surpass goals for market share growth, revenue, and new client acquisition.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor for both new and existing VEGA clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key customer personnel and VEGA's sales and technical teams to promote a collaborative selling approach and enhance sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;
  • AND a minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial automation or instrumentation;
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $125,000 USD.
