Your impact as a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN:

  • Facilitate meaningful moments for patients with their loved ones and engage in activities they cherish
  • Deliver direct, skilled nursing care as outlined in the Plan of Care under the supervision of the RN Case Manager

Requirements for Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN:

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification (Required)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification (Required)
