We are revolutionizing the hospitality industry at OTG, with a unique approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Server at EWR, you will be an essential part of our team, working in one of 11 airports across the country.

A Competitive Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is up to $90,000, based on experience and performance. Our servers enjoy competitive compensation and benefits, including PTO, healthcare, and a 401k match.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Server at EWR, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This involves greeting guests promptly, educating them on menu items, and making recommendations based on their preferences. You will also be responsible for taking orders, upselling special items, and maintaining a clean and sanitized area.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to lift up to 35 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You should also be fully conversational in English and have excellent communication skills.
