Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Resource Team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and ensuring seamless transitions between shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current Washington State Registered Nurse License
- 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
