About the Job

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinically-based case management to support the delivery of efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Director, provides clinically-based case management to support the delivery of efficient patient care.
  • Has overall accountability for the integrated responsibilities of case management; utilization management, discharge planning, facilitation and coordination of care.
  • Collaborates with other members of the health care team to identify appropriate utilization of resources and to ensure reimbursement.
  • Utilizes criteria to confirm medical necessity for admission and continued stay.
  • In conjunction with the patient, family and healthcare team, creates a discharge plan appropriate to the patients' needs and resources.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $84,840 - $131,160 based on experience. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • 2 years recent inpatient clinical experience in an acute care facility.
  • Previous Case Management, discharge planning or utilization review experience.
