Job Title: Cannabis Production Technician

C3 Industries is seeking a highly skilled Cannabis Production Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in O'Fallon, MO.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to assist with all aspects of the harvest process, including harvesting, takedown, deboning, and sorting. The ideal candidate will have previous post-production experience, preferably in dry trimming, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the cultivation team with harvesting, takedown, deboning, and sorting of cannabis plants.
  • Perform trimming of dried plants, ensuring accurate separation and reporting of trimmed leaf, flower, and stems.
  • Meet or exceed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the Post-Production Manager.
  • Package products, support curing process, and/or work with joint rolling as needed.
  • Maintain biosecurity measures and keep the harvest area organized.
  • Ensure accuracy and traceability of trimming data.
  • Clean and sanitize workspace per Company SOPs.
  • Perform quality assurance measures, including inspecting material during trim or packaging.
Requirements:
  • Previous post-production experience required, dry trimming experience preferred.
  • Hard working and physically capable individual.
  • Strong attention to detail and positive team player.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
  • Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills.
  • Ability to complete work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
