Your Responsibilities

As a House Attendant, you will uphold the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the hotel while delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, hallways, and public areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Preparing meeting rooms according to specifications and performing deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Setting up and managing complimentary hotel lobby functions, including morning coffee service and evening events.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Returning lost items to the Housekeeping Department with appropriate documentation.

Flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally take on additional responsibilities beyond this role.

Your Qualifications

A High School Diploma is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field. Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous. We value a passion for customer service, strong verbal communication skills, and basic writing abilities. A flexible schedule is necessary, as evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. This range is applicable for roles performed in Palm Springs, CA. The final pay may vary based on several factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and performance.
