Office Mail Processing Specialist

Position Overview:
RemX is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time role as an Office Mail Clerk. This position involves critical administrative support and customer service tasks.
Compensation: $17-$18/hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Role Summary:
The primary responsibilities include the reception, scanning, and documentation of returned mail. Additional duties involve generating reports, tracking returned checks, and collaborating with team leaders to address issues. Administrative tasks also encompass maintaining supply levels in breakrooms, reporting facility concerns to management, welcoming visitors, and liaising with building and cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize incoming mail from various carriers.
- Review and follow up on daily bounce-back email reports.
- Track and log mail data using Excel, Salesforce, and Quicksite.
- Respond to inquiries regarding UPS package routing.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Provide insights on process efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating site events, including logistics and setup.
- Document visitor entries into the office.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving approach with confidence.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, CRM applications, and Quicksite.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is advantageous.
