As we continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time Cannabis Retail Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring a welcoming environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by accurately processing patient transactions and maintaining patient records.
- Manage cash register operations efficiently.
- Offer detailed product knowledge regarding various cannabis options, consumption methods, and strain characteristics.
- Assist patients in selecting the right products to meet their needs.
- Uphold store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards through regular stocking and sanitation practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and engage positively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in cash handling and the ability to reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift.
- A minimum of two years in retail or customer service roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency is required; familiarity with point of sale systems is preferred.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Professional demeanor in appearance and communication is expected.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days and evenings.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and will undergo a thorough state-mandated background check. A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.
