The Surgical Assistant will provide direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport. They will maintain a clean and orderly patient care environment, assist during patient examinations and procedures, obtain and record patient vital signs, provide nutritional intake, and report results and observations. The Surgical Assistant will communicate with patients regarding pre-op instructions and assist RNs as needed.

About the Role:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Assist with patient transportation and mobility
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
