Main Responsibilities- Welcome patients and visitors in-person or virtually, and answer inquiries with a friendly demeanor and professionalism
- Gather visit reason, accurately schedule and confirm in-person and virtual appointments, enter patients' information by obtaining, recording, and updating demographic and financial information into EHR (EPIC)
- Process co-payments and complete daily deposit reconciliation and assist with bank runs
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clinical staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Qualifications- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one-year experience in a fast-paced customer service setting is required, preferably in healthcare
- Previous EPIC or EHR experience is preferred
