Breakfast Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant at Maine Course Hospitality Group. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for providing our guests with a warm and welcoming breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive each morning
  • Greet and interact with guests, assisting with any questions they may have
  • Prepare and replenish food items throughout the breakfast period
  • Maintain clean and organized breakfast, dining, and kitchen areas
  • Check inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meal
  • Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of the area and hotel
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift and carry trays of food and supplies
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
