About Us

Hyatt Place Albany is a hotel located in downtown Albany along the Hudson River, offering a convenient and welcoming environment for guests. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
  • Provide excellent service to guests during their breakfast experience, replenishing items as needed.
  • Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of table settings and service ware.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
