Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph of the Pines. As a RN, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and lead a team of nursing assistants in delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities:- Participate in community surveys and drive corrective action to ensure the highest level of care.
- Direct day-to-day nursing functions in accordance with the latest regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other resident services to provide holistic care and support.
- Contribute to the development of our quality assurance program to ensure continuous improvement.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed, maintaining accurate records and informative nurse notes.
- Administer medications with precision and care, making daily rounds to ensure exceptional care standards.
- Assist in training and ensuring safety compliance, reviewing care plans daily to ensure top-notch care.
- ADN or BSN degree
- Current RN license in North Carolina
