Role Responsibilities: As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily store functions and ensure the effective management of store operations. Your leadership will help maximize revenue to support our mission.

Team Leadership: Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be a key member of the Donated Goods Retail Operations team. Your role will involve guiding the store team, clients, and volunteers while fostering personal and professional growth aligned with Goodwill's mission.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked with fresh inventory.
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance store performance.
  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Conduct regular store audits and implement necessary improvements.
  • Oversee product logistics, including sorting, pricing, and stocking.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.

Work Schedule: The Retail Operations Supervisor will be expected to open and close the store regularly, ensuring consistent operations throughout the week. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or two years of relevant retail management experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for necessary travel.
  • Ability to pass a skills assessment, drug test, and background check.

Physical Requirements: The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform various physical tasks. The work environment is primarily indoors, with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
