As a Casual Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for:

• Building customer loyalty and return visitation through exceptional customer interaction.
• Managing cash and chips, calculating odds for payment, and operating games in a professional manner.
• Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, protecting gaming equipment, and maintaining a positive and professional appearance.
• Promoting positive public relations and performing other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• One year or more of dealing experience.
• Proper training and licensing.
• Strong mathematical skills and the ability to speak and understand English.
• Enthusiastic customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions and demonstrate knowledge of various games.
