Job Title: Research Nurse - Maternal Fetal Care Center

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Research Nurse to join our Maternal Fetal Care Center team. As a Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in the coordination of multiple research projects, working closely with clinical nurses, genetic counselors, social workers, research fellows, research specialists, and research assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination of multiple research projects, including editing study-related documents, submitting new protocols, and communicating with the Institutional Review Board.
  • Participate in the informed consent process, including eligibility and screening as required.
  • Facilitate scheduling of patient visits, including logistics of coordinating study procedures as required.
  • Assist with submitting amendments and continuing reviews of current research being conducted in the department.
  • Participate in all aspects of studies, including design, recruitment, enrollment, consent, interventions, assessments, and collection and upload of study data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience. NICU experience preferred.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with REDCap and EPIC preferred.
