Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As an Operations Management Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting the shop management process and assisting in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the shop management process to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Assist in cost savings initiatives to optimize running costs and maintenance overhead
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overheads to ensure policy and processes are followed
  • Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow-up, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates
  • Oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
  • Ability to prioritize work and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to create and maintain professional relationships
