HR Operations Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Team Select Home Care.
According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual salary for an HR Operations Coordinator in the United States is around $65,000. However, salaries can range from $45,000 to over $100,000 depending on factors such as location, experience, and industry.
As an HR Operations Coordinator at Team Select Home Care, you will be responsible for conducting orientation and onboarding activities for new hires and re-hires within your assigned customer group. You will also manage and update employee files to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management: Perform functional areas such as HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, and employment.
- HR Support: Assist the HR department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
- New Hire Onboarding: Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Employee Files: Maintain human resources information system records and compile reports as needed.
- Background Screening: Assist with background screening, investigation reports, court records, reference checks, and credential verifications.
- Performance Reviews: Coordinate performance review processes for all employees.
- Equipment Coordination: Coordinate equipment and device needs, including setup and transitions to preceptors for documentation orientation.
- HR Documentation: Maintain employee renewable requirements and proactively notify employees and managers prior to expiration of HR documents.
- Payroll and Benefits: Coordinate with appropriate teams on tasks related to benefits and payroll.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters.
Requirements:
- Education: Associates Degree or 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HR Knowledge: Knowledge of human resources best practices.
- Communication: Read and interpret documents, understand instructions, and work with multiple teams.
