Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Cumberland Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to patients achieving long-term recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision, care, daily living skills direction, examples, and demonstration for intellectually disabled adolescents in a residential setting.
  • Offer positive intervention, limit-setting, response, problem-solving, and guidance when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge, understanding, and follow-through with patient/resident treatment plans and interventions.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field preferred.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred).

The estimated hourly salary for this position is approximately $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and education. This translates to a bi-weekly pay range of around $1,300-$1,800.
