Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive education programs to meet departmental and staff needs.
  • Assess, plan, and develop educational materials and resources for clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure all Nursing-Related Policies and Procedures are up-to-date and in place.
  • Travel to clinics regularly to provide education and training to clinical staff.
  • Communicate with nursing leadership regarding educational and training needs, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required; Master's of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Active, current, and unexpired California Registered Nursing License, current CPR/BLS certification, and valid California driver's license.
  • One year experience in education, teaching, or policy development/review, and a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience required.
