Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant: In the role of Property Accountant, your duties will include:

  • Managing complete accounting processes for 8-10 properties, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, rental transactions, lease agreements, and month-end reconciliations.
  • Exhibiting proficiency in property accounting to guarantee precise financial documentation.
  • Working closely with the Senior Accounting Manager in a fully in-office capacity.
