Core Responsibilities:
Excellence in Patient Care:
- Deliver exemplary patient care and establish a benchmark for service quality.
- Collaborate with our remote medical professionals to promptly resolve patient inquiries.

Team Spirit and Collaboration:
- Work alongside the Clinic Director to foster a supportive and unified clinic culture.
- Regularly interact with team members to collect feedback and sustain high morale.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to continually improve the clinic atmosphere.
Operational Leadership:
- Set a standard for clinic operations, including inventory management and patient flow.
- Assist sales teams with upselling and monitor clinician productivity and staffing requirements.
- Oversee patient satisfaction and address any issues, promoting ongoing enhancement.
Training and Mentorship:
- Partner with regional and training teams to deliver thorough training for all clinical staff.
- Travel to various locations as necessary to share knowledge and support training initiatives.
- Identify training needs and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid certification or license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the relevant state(s).
- Ideally, one year of experience in aesthetic healthcare or one year in a supervisory nursing role.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite and familiar with clinic management systems.
- Availability for weekend shifts is required.
Physical and Working Conditions:
- Adept hand-eye coordination for operating aesthetic equipment and administering treatments.
- Ability to perceive and distinguish colors accurately.
- Capable of bending, sitting, standing, and walking independently.
- Ability to remain stationary for approximately half of the work period.
- Capacity to hold equipment for extended durations.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 8 pounds and maneuver devices requiring up to 35 pounds of force.
