Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at El Camino Health. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply nursing process and theories to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate, and modify patient care.
  • Strive for quality outcomes and innovative practice in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure optimal, individualized patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide care in a collaborative manner with other disciplines to ensure optimal, individualized patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Level II Nursery-LG experience.
  • Registered Nurse License - California Board of Registered Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program - American Academy of Pediatrics.
Working Conditions

This position requires standing the majority of the shift with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently. Work involves sitting, kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
