Job Summary

Heritage Auctions is seeking a highly skilled International Shipping Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth movement of goods across international borders, requiring a deep understanding of customs regulations, international shipping protocols, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit customs documents for international shipping.
  • Coordinate and monitor international shipments from origin to destination.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient shipping operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipping schedules, costs, and customs requirements.
  • Resolve any shipping issues or delays in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in international shipping, customs, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and shipping software.
