Chameleon Technologies, Inc. is a pioneering cleantech startup committed to transforming natural gas into clean hydrogen. With substantial venture capital backing, we are poised to make a significant impact in the decarbonization of challenging sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-precision assembly tasks while adhering to strict quality and specification standards.
  • Fabricate components and parts as required, utilizing skills in welding, machining, and various fabrication techniques.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to address and resolve complex assembly challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and effectively communicate project status and requirements with team members.
  • Engage in ongoing improvements of assembly and fabrication processes.
  • Contribute to the development and scaling of innovative clean energy technologies.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in precision assembly and fabrication.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and Fusion360, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a capacity for innovation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to navigate an ambiguous work environment.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant technical certifications or welding experience.
  • Experience in an R&D or clean energy setting.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to diverse projects.

The hourly pay range for this role is $25-35.
