About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our dynamic team at BluePearl. As a key member of our veterinary department, you will play a vital role in leading and mentoring our team of veterinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to lower-level staff, demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge.
  • Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs, and to seek assistance with escalated situations.
  • Work with hospital leadership to organize team meetings and training schedules.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts in the workplace.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Current certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
