Role Summary
This Part-Time Retail Merchandiser position involves merchandising, creating, and building displays within your territory for a positive shopper experience. You will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establishing retailer relationships and collaborating with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. This role requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency, as you will be working on the selling floor and in back stockrooms.

Responsibilities
  • Perform service work in Hallmark departments of various retail stores
  • Provide holiday support, including additional days and extended hours during peak seasons
  • Contribute to department resets, including installations and task completions
  • Support one team vision by assisting fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and understand English. You should also be able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Reliable transportation to report to assigned locations is essential.

Physical Demands
This position requires a physically demanding job that demands a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will be working on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
