As a primary care provider, you'll have the autonomy to work independently and build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. With our productivity-based model (Fee for Service), you'll enjoy uncapped earning potential and the flexibility to maximize your income.



  • Experience: Work in skilled nursing facilities in Spokane, Washington, where you'll encounter a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or in need of rehabilitation.
  • Collaboration: Experience interdisciplinary collaboration with nurses, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Patient Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with patients and their families, building rapport over time and leading to better continuity of care, improved patient outcomes, and a sense of fulfillment.


  • Key Responsibilities: Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short-term and long-term patients, manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement a plan of care.
  • Clinical Skills: Order and interpret lab results, prescribe and monitor medications, consult with physicians, and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitioners.
  • Educational Role: Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions.
  • Leadership Qualities: Build relationships with patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery and promote healthy lifestyle changes.

Your Compensation Package


We offer an estimated annual salary of $90,000 to $161,000, with no cap on productivity income potential. Enjoy a flexible schedule working 4-5 days a week (includes weekend coverage) and day call for days covering requirement only, telephone call only.
