Claims Resolution Expert, Retail and Application

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on the title, location, and level of experience. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating effectively with customers via phone and email
- Documenting claims information accurately and efficiently
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or claims processing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
