Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on the title, location, and level of experience. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.

Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Communicating effectively with customers via phone and email
  • Documenting claims information accurately and efficiently
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues
This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or claims processing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
