About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Midwest territory. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career with a leading organization.

Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and growing sales for existing and new accounts in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow customer base and new categories\
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with customers, brokers, distributors, and retailers to build strong relationships\
  • Trade Show Execution: Execute all food trade shows in the respective territory\
  • Order Review and Resolution: Review orders and customer requests to ensure timely and accurate deliveries\
  • Account Receivables: Process account receivables, including invoices, deductions, customer payments, and check requests\
  • Team Support: Provide support to the team and contribute to special projects as needed\\[/ul]\

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a BS degree\
  • Skills and Qualifications: Sales acumen, account management, communication, negotiation, customer service, relationship management, team collaboration, problem-solving, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), CRM\\[/ul]\

Compensation and Benefits: Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
