Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to garage door installation and maintenance.
- Maintain clean and safe job sites, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Prepare materials with warehouse staff to ensure efficient installation processes.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator for scheduling and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Understand product manuals and review work orders for accuracy to ensure high-quality installations.
- Ensure the truck is ready for daily operations, stocked with necessary tools and materials.
- Record installation details on work orders and maintain accurate records.
- Promote a positive company image by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in safety programs and comply with all policies and procedures.
- Learn new products and follow managerial directions to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass drug screening and background check.
- Mechanical skills with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Proficient in English.
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Travel around the Metro Area, including the Twin Cities.
- Use standard installation tools.
- Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and heavy traffic conditions.
