Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the business, maintaining top quality assurance and guest service standards.
  • Business Growth: Focus on building sales and forecasting future performance, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Team Development: Create a development plan for existing personnel, including kitchen supervisors, shift supervisors, leads, and bartenders, and delegate responsibilities and tasks effectively.
  • Financial Management: Remain accountable for all profit and loss figures, overseeing key hiring and talent development, and counseling when necessary.
