Role Responsibilities

We are seeking an LSAT Academic Coach to provide tailored, one-on-one support to clients preparing for the LSAT examination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized tutoring sessions for students across all sections of the LSAT.
  • Develop customized LSAT curricula based on individual student needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress through detailed analysis.
  • Create and maintain tracking systems to oversee student development.
  • Communicate regularly with students' families regarding their progress.
  • Offer tutoring services during after-school hours, including evenings and weekends.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Achieved a score in the 99th percentile on the LSAT (official score report required).
  • Possess a postgraduate degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in tutoring, particularly for the LSAT, within the last three years.
  • 1-2 years of formal or informal teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
  • Passionate about fostering educational growth.
  • Reliable, organized, and punctual in all tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proactive and efficient in managing responsibilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively and be receptive to feedback.
  • Enthusiastic and positive demeanor.
  • Competent in conducting remote sessions via Google Meet.
