Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in Revit and a focus on mission-critical projects. You will work closely with our team to provide integrated engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems for building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and drainage systems.
  • Conduct engineering/architecture/planning options comparisons to select preferred cost-effective alternatives.
  • Prepare contract drawings and specifications for delivery to clients.
  • Provide direction to project team members and support staff through verbal and written instructions.
  • Liaise with clients to exchange information regarding project progress.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Technology or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Revit operation and design working on building projects with a focus on mission-critical projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP.
  • Strong demonstrated written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Intimate knowledge of all building codes related to electrical engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a strong customer service commitment.
