Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Credit and Collections Analyst to perform a range of financial and administrative tasks aimed at ensuring the organization's revenue streams remain intact. This role involves managing the collection and resolution of outstanding account balances within a designated portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and manage overdue invoices from both current and past due accounts within your assigned portfolio.
2. Address and resolve issues related to billing inquiries and disputes promptly.
3. Identify, investigate, and rectify collection-related challenges efficiently.
4. Assist in the application of unidentified payments.
5. Meet deadlines for month-end financial closing activities.
6. Contribute to the enhancement of documentation for policies and procedures relevant to your responsibilities.

Required Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to adapt to dynamic business environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Capable of engaging effectively with all management levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections.
- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- Experience in managing escalated research situations.
