Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Compensation Expert to lead and manage our reward programs, compensation processes, and collaborate with HR and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation strategies that align with company objectives
  • Manage annual compensation processes, including merit review and bonus payout
  • Coach employees on reward plan specifics and respond to HR and business enquiries
  • Stay updated on market trends and surveys; recommend changes/enhancements to existing programs
  • Collaborate with Global COE, HR colleagues, Finance, and Legal to communicate materials, prepare reports, ensure compliance
  • Maintain job grading and architecture; draft job descriptions; perform job analyses and gradings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, Statistics or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in compensation & benefits in large/global organizations
  • Experience building compensation & bonus packages for departments and senior-level leadership roles
  • Understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Aon, Hay)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software (ideally SAP / Success Factors)
  • Expert level Excel & data analytics experience

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in gender pay (gap) analysis
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $40-$45 per hour. Our benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
