Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the company's global operations, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals and objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement continuous improvement operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and global scalability, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Global Expansion: Collaborate with the FSG President and other corporate executives to drive the company's global expansion efforts, ensuring seamless integration and operational effectiveness in new markets.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance metrics, monitor operational performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure operational excellence.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the FSG President and corporate executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, aligning with the company's overall vision and mission.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and maintaining a strong risk management culture.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the FSG President and other corporate executives in the budgeting process, ensuring effective cost management across all operational areas, and driving business growth and profitability.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with the FSG President to leverage all available technology to enhance operational processes and drive innovation within the organization, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and driving business growth and profitability.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational leadership roles within the commercial aviation industry, with a focus on supply chain and logistics.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of AOG support, supply chain management, and global logistics, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and a strong passion for driving business growth and profitability.
