  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleans completed by housekeepers and provide feedback for improvement
  • Assist with scheduling, distribution of tickets, and ordering of supplies as needed
  • Provide input on performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as required
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
