Job Summary:
The Delivery Supervisor will lead a team of frontline employees to deliver orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a group of 15-20 GEO delivery drivers, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of delivery drivers to meet daily delivery time windows
- Answer customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Work with sales representatives and warehouse operations to understand customer needs and sales force requirements
- Coach and develop drivers to improve daily productivity and support the sales organization
- Maintain process improvement to enhance delivery productivity and ensure compliance with Department of Transportation and PBC safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing frontline employees
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Class A driver's license and safe driving record
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $55,800 - $87,000
- Paid time off, including vacation, sick, and bereavement leave
