Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $16 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Additionally, we provide weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees working 30 hours or more per week, paid holidays for both full-time and part-time employees, and a 401K retirement plan with a company match.
Job Description
As a Senior Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with care needs, such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting. You will also encourage resident involvement within the community, maintain cleanliness of the environment through light housekeeping, assess for changes in resident condition, and communicate immediately to your supervisor. Additionally, you will complete all required documentation and charting, communicate professionally with families, support services, and coworkers, and comply with safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to provide physical and emotional support, and the ability to work in a team and assist other team members. A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience working with the elderly is preferred. You must also be able to pass a criminal background check and be at least 18 years old.
