Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely responses to all customer communications.
  • Explore new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop a deep understanding of high-performance engines and their applications.
  • Assist customers with their sales needs, including scheduling installations and referring customers to authorized dealers as necessary.
  • Enter customer information and sales data into our CRM system and maintain accurate records throughout the sales cycle.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our sales team.
  • Attend local trade shows and represent Banks Power in a professional manner.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience selling in the automotive aftermarket performance industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of gasoline, diesel trucks, and motor homes.
  • Understanding of performance engines and non-OEM engine use.
